His last day of patient care was July 9, 2025.
The relocation of patient charts and other property remains pending, including legal claims regarding this. The case is pending as Case No. 25-CA-007102, Hillsborough County, Florida.
At this time, the court has issued an injunction prohibiting the patient charts from being disturbed and to maintain compliance with HIPAA and other requirements of law.
